The Farm Jam began in 2008 in Southland, New Zeeland. From its beginnings it has rapidly grown attracting some of the world’s biggest names in BMX( Bicycle Motocross), FMX (Freestyle Motocross) and MTB (Mountain Biking).
The “jam” formats see each sport judged solely by the riders, with significant emphasis placed on judging riders from other disciplines
The Farm Jam has continued to flourish as one of the world’s premier multi-discipline events combining those three sports. Every year, the unique contest attracts thousands of people and some of the world’s biggest riders in two-wheeled action sports like :
Corey Bohan and Mike “Hucker” Clark in BMX,
Tyrone Gilks, Matt McFerran, Matt Schubring, Nick Franklin and Callum Shaw in FMX,
Andreu Lacondeguy, Tomas Zejda, Kelly McGarry, Conor Macfarlane in MTB.
